specialized education that helps citizens gain a deep understanding of the on going transformations in Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This initiative is aimed at preparing citizens form meaningful participation in the Digital Decade, fostering an inclusive, high-performing digital education ecosystem to ensure that everyone can thrive in an increasingly digital world.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By addressing these needs, the project strives to build a digitally capable and future-ready citizenry across Europe.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Therefore, project partners work to provide the context, the tools and the means to digitally upskill Europeans in big numbers with a particular emphasis on the advanced
